I’m going to let you all in on a little secret: no matter how smart the person is, when talking about short-term horizons, no one knows for sure what the market is going to do.

Arthur Hayes(@CryptoHayes) sold 2,373 $ETH($8.32M) a week ago when the $ETH price was ~$3,507.
4 hours ago, he moved out 10.5M $USDC to buy back $ETH at a higher price.

President Trump just allowed 401(K)s to buy crypto.
Here are the numbers:
1. Total invested in 401(K)s: $9 trillion
2. Total market cap of crypto: $4 trillion
In other words, capital worth 2.25 TIMES the size of crypto can now access crypto.
We are still early.

The Senior Senator from MA, @ewarren, criticized me for having a large percentage of my personal wealth in Bitcoin. In fact, she proposed a Bill (written by the bank lobby) banning the self-custody of Bitcoin for everyday Americans. Yet, @Harvard - arguably, America’s most storied educational institution - a place where Warren taught (and was considered the first woman of color at Harvard Law - but I digress) - is now a TOP HOLDER of the BlackRock’s Bitcoin ETF.
You see, under Warren’s world, only the elites would have access to Bitcoin.
I rest my case that she’s full of 💩

COLLEGE: Harvard and Brown have bought $IBIT. Harvard is pretty sizable too, the 29th biggest holder out 1,300 holders. IMO Endowments are the hardest institution to hook, they rarely bite on ETFs.. h/t @TheBlock__

BlackRock immediately calls me out…
Says *no* plans at this time to launch spot xrp (or sol) ETF.
IMO, this will be looked back on as a mistake.
We shall see.

What this means:
@Ripple can continue to raise money in the private markets. One might even argue, it’s business as usual - as if the lawsuit against Ripple and the $125M fine never happened.

🚨JUST ADDED to our Document Library:
✅ SEC Order Waiving “Bad Actor” Disqualification of @Ripple.
The @SECGov has fought this at every turn after the Torres decision, and now they’ve formally embraced it.
The winning keeps on happening.👇🏻

I’m a Boston guy. My kids were born there and I still have a house there, but like most of my neighbors, I now live in Florida because of Elizabeth Warren. She’s a talented marketer, no question. But when she supports a communist mayor in New York and pushes for government-run grocery stores, it’s clear she doesn’t understand how capital works. I’ve seen this story before.
If you destroy incentives, capital leaves. Developers like me won’t touch projects with rent control and bad policy. We’ll take our money to places like Texas, Florida, or the Dakotas. You can’t ask investors to fund affordable housing and then eliminate any chance of a return. The math doesn’t work. Senator Warren should focus on fixing Massachusetts before helping destroy another state.

I was a first time candidate with zero name recognition and very limited resources ($3M 🆚 $25M). On September 5th, two days after winning the Republican primary by 65% (with 2 other names on the ballot), and because I had to spend the vast majority of my time and resources winning over Republican support, polling showed 49% of the voters were still unaware of my existence (that’s 9 weeks before the general election). Yet, DESPITE that reality, over 1.3M people voted for me (🆚 1.9M for Warren). Finally, it’s noteworthy to realize that MA was the 2nd best state @realDonaldTrump improved over the 2020 election. Yet, despite all the above, there isn’t a single Republican member of Congress representing MA. Could 2026 bring the change we desperately need? 🤔

MA vs Healey7.8. klo 23.30
As Governor Healey cries about elections, let me tell you the facts:
—36.5% of Massachusetts voted for Trump
—40% of Massachusetts voted for Republican John Deaton
—Yet out of the 13 Congresspeople from MA, 0 are Republicans!
Talk about gerrymandering. Healey whining about legal/constitutional maneuvers is beyond rich and ironic considering where MA stands on the topic.

The Storm conviction is unacceptable in “the crypto capital of the world.” Here are the necessary steps to right this wrong and protect software developers:
1) DOJ must accept the jury’s refusal to convict on money laundering and sanctions, and must not retry the case
2) DOJ must dismiss the Section 1960 charge, or else Roman must be pardoned
3) Congress must amend Section 1960 to clarify that money transmission requires control of funds and does not apply to the developers of non-custodial software
There is no greater threat to crypto than DOJ’s misguided war on developers, which started under Biden and must stop under Trump. This battle may have been lost, but the war will be won.

MA is a clinical study regarding the danger of one-party rule. In the meantime, MA is experiencing an exodus of people leaving the Commonwealth, during their prime working years.
