I think this is a bad idea. Product and engineering wise.
1. Why not an L2? Ethereum has the liquidity and users and you don’t lose anything by being an L2.
2. What advantage would it have over Sui, Aptos or Solana? Good luck competing with them on the fast L1 side of things. They have amazing talent.
