You are richer than 99% of people in the world This is what a friend said to me this weekend when I was “complaining” about not “making it” yet He reminded me how fortunate I am and pointed out how social media can skew our perception of the world Twitter and crypto make it easy to feel like your behind or not good enough But this is a lie 700 million people like in extreme poverty Nearly 2 billion people live on less than $4/day That’s actually insane, I had to triple check it I try to practice as much gratitude as I can and I appreciated my friend catching me slipping It’s good to want to strive for better and to keep pushing ourselves But don’t forget to appreciate what you have, recognize how far you’ve come, and to celebrate the present moment Make positivity louder
