The bottom-fishing funds for #ETH are really strong and scary, and the main players are controlling it very well. Every time it seems like it's about to take off, the main players violently pull it back, basically not giving any opportunities! To be honest, #ETH is very unlikely to start with a 4; once it starts moving from here, it will likely quickly touch a 5 and break new highs!
