Why not invest in Bitcoin Treasury companies at 1 mNav? I can think of the following reasons: 1. They could trade at 0.6 mNav. This has happened to gBTC, it happens all the time to closed end funds. 2. There is key man risk (esp for MSTR) 3. You do not get lower rates at the size of Strategy. No economies of scale. 4. They could do something crazy like ATM sales <1 mNav 5. BTC Yield was negative Q4 6. They said no ATM under 2 mNav. The list goes on...
