Realized after the holidays my weight had slowly been trending up since summer.
Peaked closer to 204 in December (scale didn’t save).
Decided I needed to turn things around. Cut fast food and alcohol. Started playing basketball four days a week again.
So far down about 10 lbs.
Still have a ways to go to reach my goals, but feels good so far seeing a tangible difference.
If you’re in the same boat - quit making excuses and pushing things back. Build new habits starting now. You can do it too.
