This guy keeps doubling down on the same nutty criticism. It’s fine to have a different take on whether something seems false on its face. But it’s wild to suggest that a libertarian who thinks the executive branch shouldn’t be blindly trusted is a kook. Only a total fraud would waste so much time and energy attacking one of the few members of Congress who stood up to the constant unconstitutional spying and warmongering in Washington. Unlike Trump, I actually opposed the Patriot Act, FISA, and multiple pieces of anti-Russia legislation. But Scott has way more hostility toward me than the president, a guy with substantially more power. Makes you wonder what his real agenda is. In fact, I was the first Republican to publicly send a letter questioning the Obama administration’s claims about Russia and Trump. Meanwhile, Trump signed CAATSA into law, accusing Russia of interfering in the 2016 election! Cope with that!
