Air quality is very bad in Colorado. Heading out for a morning run and protecting my lungs with carbon pancake filters on the inhale valves, and no filter on the exhale valve at the chin (just the valve, no filter) for easy breathing out. 😷🏃🏻‍♀️👍🏼
